為向客戶提供更完善的銀行服務，華僑銀行（香港）有限公司（「銀行」）會定期檢討各項銀行服務，並就有關服務收費及條款作出修訂。

我們謹此通知閣下，由2026年1月1日（「生效日」）起，商業客戶銀行服務收費簡介（「服務收費簡介」）和所有戶口及相關服務之條款及章則（「條款及章則」）將作出修訂。詳情請瀏覽以下網址或聯絡銀行以獲取相關資訊：

請注意，如貴公司於生效日期當日或之後繼續使用或保留相關賬戶，本次修訂內容將對貴公司具約束力。若貴公司選擇拒絕接受本次修訂，貴公司有權依據現行適用條款及章則中的相關條款，於生效日期之前以書面形式通知我們終止相關賬戶。

Thank you for banking with OCBC Bank (Hong Kong) Limited.

To provide better banking service, OCBC Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”) has been keeping the Bank’s service under regular review, and necessary amendments will be made to the service fees and terms and conditions.

The Bank hereby gives you notice that, with effect from 1 January 2026 (“Effective Date”), the Business Customer Bank Service Fees Guide (“Service Fees Guide”) and the Terms & Conditions for all Accounts and Related Services (“Terms and Conditions”) will be revised. Please note that these amendments will be binding on your company if you continue to use or maintain the relevant account(s) on or after the Effective Date. Should your company choose to decline the amendments, you have the right to terminate the account(s) by providing us with written notice prior to the Effective Date, in accordance with the applicable clauses under the existing terms and conditions.
