1) I/We have been duly authorized by the auto loan applicant and the relevant guarantor (if any) to provide their personal data and/or other supporting documents herein in relation to the auto loan applicant’s auto loan application with OCBC Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Bank”).
2) I/We confirm the information and/or documents provided in and/or attached to this Online Form are true, accurate and complete.
3) I/We have read and understood all the terms and conditions herein and in the following documents (including all notices of amendments and addendum made thereto by the Bank from time to time):
and agree to comply with and be bound by them, as may be amended or supplemented from time to time by the Bank.
4) The English version of this document shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.
