• Fill in personal details
  
• If you apply for All-in-one Investment Account:
  · Fill in Investment Customer Information
  · Upload residential address proof
  
• Submit application
  
• Upon receiving the approval SMS/Email in as fast as 2 working days, repeat Step 1 then select “Resume Application” to set up your eBanking user ID and PIN

• Select “Non-permanent HKID, China ID, Macau ID card, or a Foreign passport”
  
• Verify your mobile number and email address
  
• Select your preferred branch appointment date
  
• Fill in personal details
  
• Upload ID document
