To encourage green living and paper saving, OCBC Bank introduces eStatement & eAdvice Service, enabling eBanking customers to view, print and download account statements and advices1 via Internet Banking and view and download account statements2 via Mobile Banking. Enjoy this secure and convenient service and protect the environment.

  • Quick and easy to view and download up to past 7 years of eStatement via Mobile Banking anytime anywhere.

  • Provide the option to "Discontinue Paper Statement & Advice"5 for paper saving and environmental protection
  • Free email notification6 to remind you that the latest eStatement and eAdvice is ready on Internet Banking

Remarks

  1. The service includes statements of Current Account, Statement Account, Multi-currency Statement Account, Overnight Plus Account, Integrated Account, Premier Banking, Investment Account, Securities Account, Daily Activities of Investment Account, Contract Note, Consolidated Share Trading Advice and Receipt, Securities Receipt and Credit/Debit Advice, Confirmation of Structured Deposit, Daily Activities of Structured Deposit Account as well as statements of Credit Card, Revolving Credit, e-Money Loan Card and CASH Card, etc.
  2. The service includes statements of Current Account, Statement Account, Multi-currency Statement Account, Overnight Plus Account, Integrated Account, Premier Banking, Investment Account, Securities Account, Securities Margin Account as well as statements of Credit Card, Revolving Credit and Mortgage Loan, etc.
  3. Only applicable to eBanking customers and the relevant account(s) should be added to the eBanking service.
  4. Customers are required to install Adobe Reader and Chinese Traditional Font Pack on personal computers and mobile device in order to view, print and download the eStatement & eAdvice in PDF format.
  5. Personal customers could register to "Discontinue Paper Statement & Advice" through Internet Banking while corporate customers should register via any of our branches. The instruction will become effective within 3 working days. Customers who wish to resume receiving paper statement and advice may visit any of our branches for registration.
  6. Free email notification is only applicable to customers who have registered to "Discontinue Paper Statement & Advice".
