INTRODUCTION
You’re either fresh out of school or have less than two years of work experience. You’re eager to get your career on the road. You have the energy, the enthusiasm and the passion. If we’ve just described you, consider our Graduate Talent Programme. You may be new at the Bank, but we take a long-term view of your career.
The Graduate Talent Programme was developed for outstanding graduates to give their careers a head-start by providing a rock-solid foundation in the banking and financial services industry. It is designed to prepare graduates for division-specific roles in the Bank.
The programme is open to graduates from all academic disciplines. You are not required to have a Business or Economics degree. The 24-month customised training programme will give you a strong foundation in banking regardless of your academic discipline and prepare you for success as a future leader with us.
WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE
Here is a sneak peek of what you will experience during the 24-month programme.
Corporate Training
Learn about OCBC Bank and its businesses, financial markets and banking regulations. Learn about products offered by OCBC Bank, innovations and get to know the bank’s facilities/premises. Other topics include service transformation, risk management, ethics, presentation and grooming skills. Develop your leadership skills and soft skills through series of workshops and boosters on how to manage effectiveness.
Graduate Talent Regional Week
Get together with other graduate talents across our subsidiaries and the region for a week-long programme of learning, innovating and business-care competitions. A great opportunity to exchange ideas and learn about economy and markets in the region.
Corporate Engagement
Be involved in customized talks and networking sessions with the business, management, and alumni to expand your professional network and polish your interpersonal and communication skills.
Business Project
Get to work on projects that give you a wider perspective. This is designed to give you the added exposure and edge within the organization.
Job Rotations
As the only programme for fresh graduates which provides broad-based learning, gain a thorough view of banking through rotation within your home division.
Mentorship
Experience a personalized journey, coached by a dedicated senior member of your Division who will support you along the programme and explore your career possibility with you learn from the best and develop your leadership potential.

Who should apply?
- We seek highly motivated go-getters looking to pursue a career in the banking industry
- Undergraduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
- Less than 2 years of working experience
- Outstanding extracurricular/internship achievements
- Highly motivated and analytical
- Strong leadership and open to new challenges and problem-solving
- Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Open-minded and able to work with colleagues from diverse cultures
- Keen interest in the latest development of global economy, including the Greater-Bay-Area (GBA)
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua would be an advantage
- Individuals holding IANG visa are welcomed
