Identification
Personal Identification Document: HKID card or passport
Income documents
Income proof: Recent pay slip, bank statement or bank book (with name and account number) showing recent income, recent income tax bill, proof of last MPF contribution, employment letter or contract, etc.
Supporting documents
- Address proof: Recent bank statement, credit card statement, water bill, telephone bill, etc. If your address is shown on your income proof, you will be exempted from submitting an address proof.
- Other documents (if necessary)

Important notices regarding the Customer Referral Program
- The promotion period of the Customer Referral Program is from October 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period").
- The Referrer and the Referee will be entitled to supermarket cash coupons (“Coupons”) as rewards if the Referee successfully applies and draws down the loan during the Promotion Period. The details are set out in the table above.
- Each Referrer can enjoy a maximum of HKD5,000 in Coupons (i.e. 5 successful referrals maximum).
- The Referrer must be an existing customer of the Bank, and must not be a staff member of the Bank or subsidiary companies of the Bank.
- A referral form must be submitted together with or before submitting the loan application.
