About online banking
Our mobile banking service has been fully upgraded to enhance your banking experience. Starting March 2026, Automated Phone Banking will be limited to account balance inquiries and Hong Kong Dollar transfers only. Please contact our customer service officer to understand how to register for mobile banking, enabling you to manage your finances with greater ease and convenience.
To provide quality service to customers, the Online Business Account Opening platform and Online Business Loan Application platform will not be available on 22 Mar 2026(Sun) from 9am to 3pm due to OCBC Bank (Hong Kong) maintenance activities.
As part of our ongoing effort to enhance our banking services, the Whampoa Estate Branch (Address: 8-10 Tak Man Street, Whampoa Estate, Hunghom) will be temporarily closed from 27 April 2026 (Monday) to 28 June 2026 (Sunday) for a comprehensive renovation. Do NOT share personal, banking, or password information over the phone. Always verify the caller’s identity by contacting the bank directly, either by visiting your nearby branch or calling the bank.
To strengthen your protection, all fund out transactions from dormant accounts through Personal Internet Banking and Mobile Banking are now fully blocked.
