  • Our mobile banking service has been fully upgraded to enhance your banking experience. Starting March 2026, Automated Phone Banking will be limited to account balance inquiries and Hong Kong Dollar transfers only. Please contact our customer service officer to understand how to register for mobile banking, enabling you to manage your finances with greater ease and convenience.

  • To provide quality service to customers, the Online Business Account Opening platform and Online Business Loan Application platform will not be available on 8 Feb 2026(Sun) from 9am to 5pm due to OCBC Bank (Hong Kong) maintenance activities.
