  • To enhance our service quality, the Phone Banking System will be temporarily suspended for system upgrade from 00:00 to 05:00 on Sunday, 10 May 2026. During this period, customers may continue to access relevant banking services via Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Faster Payment System (FPS), and ATMs.

  • To enhance service convenience, new self service functions will be introduced to our Personal Banking Services Hotline in the second quarter. Please contact our Customer Service Officer for assistance with Mobile Banking registration.

  • Please stay alert of suspicious instant messages or phone calls by scammers impersonating OCBC Bank staff, who may claim to offer loans at low interest rates and lured the victims into providing their personal bank account details, address proofs and income proofs. If in doubt, please verify directly with the bank through official channels.

  • As part of our ongoing effort to enhance our banking services, the Whampoa Estate Branch (Address: 8-10 Tak Man Street, Whampoa Estate, Hunghom) will be temporarily closed from 27 April 2026 (Monday) to 21 June 2026 (Sunday) for a comprehensive renovation.   • Please be aware that fraudulent callers may attempt to contact you, pretending to be bank staff in order to obtain your personal or financial information, or to request payments or money transfers. Do NOT share personal, banking, or password information over the phone. Always verify the caller’s identity by contacting the bank directly, either by visiting your nearby branch or calling the bank.

  • To strengthen your protection, all fund out transactions from dormant accounts through Personal Internet Banking and Mobile Banking are now fully blocked.   • "Protect your Personal Digital Keys; Beware of Fraudulent Links!” - Beware of SMS and emails claiming to be from OCBC Bank (Hong Kong). Our SMS and emails will NEVER contain links asking you to click on them to access your bank accounts or to provide sensitive personal information.
