Important security update for the OCBC Bank (Hong Kong) mobile app (“the App”). To enhance the security of your transactions and protect you from malware, screen capture and recording feature on the App on Android devices has been disabled.
This security measure can help to prevent unauthorised access or misuse of your personal and financial information. Disabling the screen capture and recording feature can help secure and protect your sensitive data.
If you would like to save or share transfer/payment records, please press the “Download” or “Share” button on the transaction completion screen.
To further strengthen security, please follow these tips:
