JETCO Cardless Cash Withdrawal Transactions
Our ATM supports JETCO Cardless Cash Withdrawal Transactions. Securely withdraw cash by scanning a QR code on the Bank’s ATM through the mobile app of other JETCO member banks without using an ATM card.
Voice Navigation ATMs
Our Bank Voice Navigation ATMs support voice navigation for basic transactions. By inserting an earphone into the machine to activate the voice navigation mode, you can withdraw cash, check account balances or change your ATM Card PIN.
With your OCBC Bank ATM Card, you can withdraw cash, transfer funds, make an account balance enquiry and change your Personal Identification Number (PIN) at any ATM with the JETCO / China UnionPay* logo in Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China. You can also
- Withdraw cash at any ATM displaying the PLUS logo / China UnionPay logo* all over the world1
- Pay for bills without prior registration at any ATM displaying the JET Payment logo
- Transfer funds to accounts at other JETCO member banks at any ATM displaying the INTERBANK TRANSFER logo without prior registration
- Make purchases through point-of-sales terminals displaying the China UnionPay logo*
- Enjoy electronic payment services via EPS and PPS
* Applicable to China UnionPay Cards Only.
In addition to these ATM services, you can also choose to apply for the easy-to-use Fast Cash ATM Service, which provides convenient cash withdrawals and PIN change function with Chinese display.

To comply with the latest regulatory requirements of The Hong Kong Monetary Authority to strengthen the security controls for ATM services, with effect from 1 March 2013, the overseas ATM cash withdrawal (including cash advances) service of all ATM cards and credit cards will be pre-set as “deactivated”. Customers are required to activate Overseas ATM Cash Withdrawal Service for their ATM cards and credit cards before using overseas ATMs to withdraw cash (including cash advances). No activation is required for cash withdrawal via JETCO ATMs in Macau and China.
