Empowering you to bank safely and securely
Dispute card transactions
Have oversight of your transactions.
Available in the OCBC Internet Banking or OCBC Bank Mobile App and Internet Banking, this feature lets you easily dispute incorrect or suspicious transactions.

Protection against unauthorised transactions
Disputing suspicious or fraudulent transactions ensures that you are not liable for card transactions that were not made by you (provided that the transaction was not authorised via OTP or Biometric Authentication, or your card was not lost/stolen and used in person).

Provides recourse when merchants fail to deliver
Disputes provide you with recourse in instances where merchants fail to deliver, deliver defective merchandise, or render dissatisfactory products/services.

Protection from billing errors
The ability to dispute transactions protects you from billing errors.
