Protect your lost cards from misuse and safeguard your account.
If you know or suspect that your card has been lost, you can quickly and easily suspend all its functions and request a replacement card. Simply call us or report the loss via the OCBC Bank Mobile App. You will not be liable for any unauthorised transactions carried out after you have notified us of the loss.

Your request to suspend the card will be fulfilled in real time — almost immediately — to ensure that it cannot be used to make transactions once you have notified us of the loss.

You can report a lost card 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so you can take your cards with you in full confidence — anytime, anywhere. Should you lose or misplace your cards, you can easily safeguard your account with just a few taps of the OCBC Bank Mobile App.

Safeguards you against losses
Once you report that a card is lost, all future transactions made with it will be immediately declined, protecting you from further losses.



You can report your lost credit/debit or ATM card.

*Remark: Before we receive notification of the loss, theft, unauthorised use, misuse and/or disclosure of an credit/debit or ATM card or PIN, the Cardholder is fully liable for all amounts debited from the credit/debit or ATM card Account due to unauthorised use or misuse of an credit/debit or ATM card or PIN, or through a lost or stolen credit/debit or ATM card.
However, if (a) the Cardholder has not acted fraudulently or negligently in safeguarding the credit/debit or ATM card or PIN and has acted honestly, in good faith and with due care and; (b) has informed us as soon as reasonably practicable upon discovery that his/her credit/debit or ATM card or PIN has been lost, stolen, used without authorisation, misused by or disclosed to a third party, then the Cardholder's maximum liability for unauthorised transactions is HKD 500.
